* Customers on the Auto Pay 12.95/month plan will be billed $3.00 per support incident all other customers will receive unlimited incident technical support for their BitWise service. Examples of incidents include: email problems, connection difficulties, slow or dropped connections, configuration issues, or any other technical questions. Issues not included with normal Internet technical support will also not be available for paid support. Examples include Windows, hardware, peripherals, 3rd party software (Instant Messengers, Anti-Virus, Firewall, etc.), and regular PC support. All customers will receive free technical support via email through our website. Questions regarding aspects of the BitWise service such as dial up numbers or billing inquiries are not considered support incidents. Some incidents will require multiple phone calls to resolve but will be billed as one incident only if the proceeding call(s) pertains to the original incident. All new customers will receive one free support incident for initial configuration and connection only. This includes installation of our software and problems establishing a dialup connection. All customers will receive free phone support for problems relating to our online support and billing.
